Manual Finger Chips Cutting Machine

Manual Finger Chips Cutting Machine is a device used to cut potatoes (and sometimes other vegetables) into uniform “finger chips” (French fry‐style strips) by hand, without electricity. The operator uses a lever or handle to press or push the potato through a die (blade grid) so that it is sliced into long strips. It is useful in small kitchens, food stalls, small shops, or anywhere electricity might be unreliable or cost is a concern, but where uniform chip size and speed are needed more than mass automation

Product Details:

The machine is placed on a stable surface. If fixed, it should be securely anchored so it doesn’t move when pressure is applied. The operator pulls down / pushes (depending on design) the handle, forcing the potato through the blade grid. Uniform strips emerge on the other side.
